Psyllium capsules       03/03/03 01:36 PM Edit Reply Quote jo1978 Reged: 02/26/03 Posts: 69 Loc: Melbourne, Australia I noticed yesterday at our supermarket (Coles, Australia) that you can get psyllium in capsule form. Has anyone tried these? I have IBS-C & currently use Metamucil (although I have tried Benefiber too a couple of days this week & will try again once this episode has stabilised - I don't like trying new things in the middle of a bad week - it's just unscientific!) Any advice/experiences with the capsules would be appreciated. Ta Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
