I've done a lot of reading on flax seed and its benefits for C. I really am a fan of convenience, and since I have no way to grind the little things, haven't bought any. However, I recently purchased a bag of roasted sunflower nuts as a treat, and noticed that if I ate a couple of tablespoons of the nuts, C improved! I left them off for a week or so, but have added them back just to see the difference, and I'm beginning to think that the effects are related to the addition of a small ammount of them in my diet. (I usually eat them with my lunch). Is this possible? Sunflower has a lot of magnesium, potassium and other great nutrients, so I don't suppose it will hurt me at all, but right now, I'm thinking it is a help to us C-types. Just thought I'd check on the boards. Anyone with Nut Knowledge?
