Thanks alot for referring me to those 2 recipes in H's book. Neither kale nor greens are listed in the index. I've just started using the book and most of the recipes' contents are unknown to me. Sooooooo, if the ingredient I want to know about isn't in the index, I'm out of luck until I've had time to read and use the recipes more.
If you think of any other recipes in the bk that either include greens or could be modified to do so, that'd be great.
Also,that would be very kind of you to post your couscous recipe.
