ingredients (in order listed on package): inulin, cellulase, hemicellulase, invertase, ganeden, lactobacillus cultures, stearic acid, carrageenan, citric acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, sucralose
says some may require 2 pill a day, instead of 1.
