have you personally used the ones i used? i did a little bit of research and found that lactobacillus helps produce lactose in the digestive system, and is naturally found in the body, BUT Bifidobacterium bifidum contains a small amount of sactose and hydrolized milk consitivents...i haven't found much on Lactoballus bulopricus...except that it has no lactose in it....is there probiotics that are more benificial than others? i don't know alot about the stuff, so i know i should reseach more....and i will...but any thoughts will help tremendously!!!

thanks retro
