Cleanses are NOT recommended here for IBS, because they are very traumatic to an already screwed-up bowel.
Eating properly will resolve your symptoms - not necessarily quickly, but long-term, which is more important, right? If you're not familiar with the diet already, including how to break the cycle of attacks and how to reintroduce foods back into your diet afterwards, I really suggest reading through the diet information here on the site.
