I think some Cers and some Ders don't like bananas. I eat 2 every day but make sure they are NOT too green (underripe). The green ones will cause C. Bananas are such a wonderful snack. They are diet ok with 100 cals each and no fat, and filling and a great soluble source. A banana and a piece of insoluble fruit makes a great first or light lunch/snack!
