Difference between Omega 3 and Omega 3-6-9???       05/23/05 01:15 PM Edit Reply Quote Cyndy Reged: 03/05/05 Posts: 1301 I want to start trying flax fish oil capsules but don't know if I should get the Omega 3 or the Omega 3-6-9.
