Just wanted to share something to encourage others!       05/13/05 10:42 AM Edit Reply Quote bamagirl Reged: 04/02/04 Posts: 1407 Loc: Alabama When I came to this board about 16-17 months ago, my IBS had been in full-flare for over a year. I'm IBS-C right now (started out D about 14 years ago), and I was in misery. I began to read, ask questions, learn and research things because of this board, and now I am almost back to stable again. Foods are not my biggest trigger - that would be stress. And at this point in time I'm dealing with some very serious health issues with my oldest son that have sent my stree-levels off the chart! Thanks to what I have learned here, I am able to weather the storm without having to deal with a severe IBS flare on top of everything else! In short, what I want to say is that for those of you struggling, don't give up! For those of you new here - you have found the world's greatest resource of information and help! For those of you who have been here for a while - my deepest gratitude for sharing your wisdom and encouragement!
