I drank only clear liquids during the day and my gastro had me take 1/2 of a 527g bottle of miralax w/ 64 ounces of water at 5pm and 4 dulcolax at 9pm. By the next morning it was the first I felt normal in forever. I was cleaned completely out. Course I took 34g miralax last night and this morning and I've yet to go... but at least I got all that old stuff out of me!! -------------------- Gracie IBS-C since 1978 Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
