I like the heat of the tea too on my tummy and find it soothing but the antibloating properties are there at any temp. A hot tea cup feels nice sort of set on your tummy too!
Thanks, I haven't been drinking in over a month, and it has really been a major issue socially, I just need to some progress. I had fennel tea from the store, it was awful, besides Heather's are there any others I can buy in person, they would be cheaper and faster to obtain.
