I know some people say they can never take them. But I find it hard to believe. SFS should be as tolerable as eating soluble fiber. It has to be done right. Small doses! with adequate water and you might have to wait for the gut to stop complaing about it, since it sometimes doesn't like the change. But I think an SFS is crucial! I know it is hard to put up with at first for some people though.
