I'm a bit confused by when Heather said to have plently of water, how much?
I have a hard time drinking more than 80 oz because I read you should not drink within an hour of eating and that it can't be tap water, so this limits a lot.
I have been drinking 80 oz for a few weeks, and no change.
If you read what I posted above, is there any further explanation for the bloating specific to me, why it is so inconsistent, and what I can do so my appearance is not distorted knowing this further information I have provided above? You don't understand how being bloated is affecting me, it is imparing me socially, it makes me lazy, the extra fat I have makes me not want and uncomfortable moving. I want to state I asked this question again because I figuered by providing more specific information you could better see and advice me on what is happening. Thanks.
