Ok, I take Concerta for ADHD every day; 54 mg in the morning. Lately, I noticed that when I take my meds, I have a lot of BMs. Like, 5 by the evening and usually one within an hour of taking it in the morning. But when I don't take the meds, I have maybe 2-3 BMs ALL DAY.

Now while I have no knowledge of the chemical ramifications of Concerta, I saw that lactose is one of the inactive ingredients in Concerta. Could this have anything to do with the weird BMs?
