In my area there is a bakery brand in the stores called New French Bakery. They make breads, baguettes and rolls that are safe. This same sort of thing might be elsewhere with different names or a person might have to buy bread at a real bakery. It takes some searching around. At least bread freezes well when you do find a safe brand- you can stock up. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004.
