Hi Kristin. I'm so sorry you're going through so much pain! I'm just curious, you said you used to have some D... did that stop when you started following this diet, or beforehand? Because one problem may be that you're not getting enough insoluble fiber to keep things moving. It's a common misconception among people first trying this diet that they need to almost completely cut out insolubles, which is not true at all! Our bodies need it, we just need to get it in safer ways, e.g. chopped and pureed. Just a thought!
