Well any gut trauma can cause IBS and cancer is pretty darn traumatic! Once you've got it, then you need to treat it the same no matter how you got it. This diet, SFSs, etc should really help.
This might be a bit "teaching my grandmother to suck eggs" but you do need to make sure it IS IBS.
Fyi, the hypno program started out from success with people having chemo.
