Have you tried Newman-O's? They are made by "Newman's Own Organics", a company founded by Paul Newman, and they taste pretty much just like Oreos (a little better I think).
The ingredients for the mint flavored ones are: organic unbleached flour, organic sugar, powdered sugar, organic palm fruit oil, canola oil, organic cocoa, cocoa (processed w/ alkali), organic unsweetened chocolate, salt, sodium bicarbonate, soy lecithin, peppermint oil.
The only trigger I can see is the chocolate. and that they have fat like most other cookies (4.5 grams in 2 cookies). Safer than Oreos, I would think. Also, Newman's cookies (type not specified) are listed on Heather's list of safe snacks; although she may be referring to a different kind of cookie. You can find these in most HFS's and some supermarkets.
