Mwhahaha...*evil grin*
Here's what relentless searching gets you...
From Papa John's:
Quote:
Does your pizza contain eggs? There are eggs in our meatballs, chickenstrip breading, honey mustard dipping sauce, cheese dipping sauce and ranch dipping sauce.
Does your pizza contain milk? Neither our original pizza dough nor our original pizza sauce contains milk. However, our Alfredo sauce, blue cheese dipping sauce, cheese, cheese dipping sauce, fiesta sauce, Parmesan cheese packet, ranch dipping sauce, Spinach Alfredo, thin crust, Robusto pizza sauce, our meatballs, and meatball topical contains milk.
They do not post ingredient lists.
Dominos:
From Dominos, I read through crazy lists of ingredients (almost makes you not want to eat it....*shudders*) but, the Thin Crust Pizza appears to be the only Crust without eggs or dairy. The Pizza Sauce is Fine. The "Chicken Kickers" seems to be probably safe, although caramel color (small amounts of dairy) and coconut oil are included far far down in the ingredient list. They contain egg whites, but no yolks.
Pizza Hut: 4 for All dough is safe (this is probably actually a really good idea...you can have cheese-less pizza, and family can have whatever they want.) Big Foot dough contains whey, nonfat milk, and buttermilk. Big New Yorker dough contains whey, and HFCS. Hand-tossed style dough contains whey. Pan Dough contains whey, nonfat milk, buttermilk, and mozzerella cheese. Personal Pan Pizza Dough is safe (also good...small portion just for you. Family can have "real" pizza.) The regular pizza sauce is safe. The sauce used on the Big New Yorker, or the Stuffed Crust Pizzas has cheese in it. Chicken, as a topping is safe.
Whew...those are the biggest chains here in the South (U.S.), but if anyone needs another, maybe I can find it...
I feel like such a detective. It's so hard to know what's *really* in food sometimes.
