BBQ chicken in particular really just doesn't need the cheese. Has anyone been able to contact any of the standard delivery chains to check if their crust is completely dairy-free? You know, the typically U.S chains (Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Little Caesars, etc.). I've tried checking their websites, but there doesn't seem to be anything to address that. And I'm afraid that the people who answer the phone might to take orders might not understand that "no dairy" means more than just not pouring milk into the dough.
