Thank you! I am so happy for you that you are well again! Any advice on how to get there too? Using laminated cards never occurred to me but is a wonderful idea. Which 5 languages did you pick? I have not spent much time in France but I can imagine, as food seems to be such a social thing that it has not been easy. I am 'lucky' in that respect – my mum, sister, aunt and cousin all suffer IBS in varying degrees. Theirs is stress related (i.e. they only suffer when under stress not everyday except for my aunt who is gluten intolerant and very fond of telling me that choc has no gluten in it ((but it does have sugar which I cant eat!!!)) )
