Have you ever tried soy cheese or rice cheese? My friends ordered pizza a while back and asked for half of one pizza to have NO cheese. When it arrived, I put on some grated soy mozarella cheese I bought at the grocery store and threw it in the oven 'til the cheese melted. Honestly, you could have fooled me that it wasn't just regular ol' pizza! Except with less grease! Warning: Some soy cheese is not good, I have to be honest. Finding a good one sometimes takes some time, so if you try one that is particularly yucky, don't give up!! There are good ones out there! I can't remember the brand name I got, do a search on the boards for 'soy cheese' and see what you can find.
