I think I felt bad more because of what I ate on Seder night. All that romain lettuce and grape juice Anyway, I've felt much better today, as I've only been drinking water and eating more carefully. BTW - I made ADBs this morning using cake meal and they came out GREAT!
I have a great recipe for pesach rolls (a little less constipating than plain matzah) Here it is if anyone is interested:
Rolls
(per dozen) 1 c. water 1/3 c. oil 1/3 c. apple sauce 2 c. matzah meal 4 tsp. sugar ½ tsp. salt 8 egg whites
1. preheat oven to 375* 2. put water and oil in a pot and bring to a boil 3. Cool 4. Add matza meal, sugar, salt and mix well 5. add eggs one at a time 6. Let it stand for 15 minutes 7. Wet hands with water and roll into tennis size balls 8. Place on greased cookie sheet 9. Bake at 375 * 30 - 40 minutes (a bit less if the rolls are smaller - I make golf size rolls for my kids) (Revised from Matzah Meals Cookbook)
These come out amazing. If you slice them in half and put a drop of jelly, apple butter or chocolate butter in the middle.... yum!
