Just a word of advice... yogurt isn't IBS-safe, because it's dairy, which is a major trigger food. Try soy yogurt! I'm not sure what to suggest to stimulate appetite. I found that cooking *good* food really helped with mine - I find grilled food practically irresistable, so we ended up doing a lot of grilling, even if just on a Foreman grill. That's just an example. If there's something you find irresistable, make it IBS-safe and then make sure you always have it on hand! Exercise outdoors - or even just being outdoors in the fresh air for an extended period of time - seemed to help me too. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
