Well no, the Colpermin would not be as good as Heather's if for no other reason than Heather's also contains the helpful fennel and ginger. However, getting Colpermin on prescription and trying that would give you an idea of whether peppermint caps work for you...if they did, then you might want to try Heather's and see if they're better, if it doesn't then you'll save shipping stuff from the States!
