I have been reading the board for a few weeks and have gotten a lot of good ideas for controlling my IBS. I am 24, divorced, with 3 daughters. I have had stomach problems since I was little and was diagnosed with IBS-D in September 2004 after a colonoscopy. Right now I am trying to control my IBS-D with calcium, Citrucel, and I may start Heather's diet. I just want to be normal, be able to travel, and not disappoint my kids when we can't go anywhere because mom doesn't feel well.
