I'm glad my posts and the loving people on this board have been able to offer you some comfort in your daily struggle. I do my best to keep a positive attitude but I do get very down sometimes, as I believe we all do. My shrink tells me its ok to be sad and upset with your body sometimes but after you give yourself a pity party and have a good cry, its time to move on even if you are still hurting. It can be hard to get out of pity party mode sometimes but I find the effort to be worth it! The more I keep trying to get out of that pity party mode, the less I find myself in the pity party mode to begin with. Its a hard battle but keep fighting!
