That first little bit of pre-breakfast food was almost like a missing puzzle piece being snapped into place. If I wake up and eat breakfast, I'm done for... but if I wake up and eat a piece of toast or something else small, and THEN eat breakfast, I'm fine for the rest of the day 95% of the time. It's amazing, really! Other helps: *Bananas - I feel weird if I go a day without eating one! *Oatmeal - ditto! *Moderate exercise/activity *Cat snuggles, emails from friends, and all the myriad small things that keep me from getting moody *Smaller meals and more frequent snacks *PLENTY of water/herbal tea/teeccino - I really, really feel it if I don't drink enough. Hurts: *Eating too much *Any kind of negative emotion for an extended period of time *Not enough sleep *Not enough sunshine! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
