I sent you an e-mail back but thought I might try and answer this for you. Some people are bothered by oatmeal. You might try some toast with a little bit of apple butter on it. Or a bagel with all fruit jelly spread. At least until you get stable. I will sometimes take Gas-X for the terrible gas that I get. Also when trying to get stable I suffered for awhile with gas and bloating. Just hang in there! Drinks lots of water or peppermint tea. That helps my tummy also.
