I eat at Subway a lot with no problems. Actually, I eat out a lot very very few problems. Most places have chicken, so I can figure out something to eat. Italian should be fine, bread rolls are good. Pasta is okay, just no cream sauces or red meat. One of my favourite dishes in pasta in tomato sauce with grilled chicken breast - very yummy. I make a lot of sauces using tomatoes, garlic, onions, mushrooms and spices and have never had any problems. You may have problems with too many garlic and onions, so just be careful with portions.
I can eat Greek food, just making sure that I ask for as small amount of oil is used as possible.
I eat Indian Food a lot as well. The rice and naan bread are good, and usually safe (check naan ingredients to make sure there is no milk) and I can order dishes without the creamy sauces. I usually eat Chicken Tikka and it's awesome.
I also do fine with sushi.
Chinese food you have to be careful about high-fat options, and MSG. Ask for no MSG.
I would suggest trying to find your way around a kitchen as well. I know lots of guys your age that can cook, so I'm sure you can figure it out. I know it is harder at college, but I am in college too so I know you can work it out. It will really be helpful if you can figure out how to cook some basic meals that you enjoy and are safe.
Cheers, --Steph
