Quick question on eating while constipated       04/15/05 09:56 AM Edit Reply Quote Augie Reged: 10/27/04 Posts: 5807 Loc: Illinois Is it okay to continue eating normal amounts even though I am so constipated, or is this just making the situation worse? Should I only be doing a liquid intake and cutting back on real food until I get some sort of good BM? How much real food is okay? If so, any suggestions on how to get the nutrients I need?
