ALL regular bread is made from wheat...you have to get special GF bread for it not to be. ALl whole grains are very high in IF so can a problem. Personally, I can't touch wholewheat bread. Gluten sensitivity is a different issue and if you're only talking about wholewheat bread (not white as well) then probably isn't the answer. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
