a few possibles...       04/14/05 10:33 AM Edit Reply Quote khyricat Reged: 08/05/04 Posts: 3612 Loc: Michigan a) whole wheat is a trigger for both celiac and IBS.. a nasty one! b) many storebought breads have dairy or HFCS in them- please check the ingredients carefully as these are both IBS triggers.
