The diagnosis was confirmed about a year ago by a Gastro Specialist but I had eliminated most of the triggers on my own from realzing they caused me pain How long have you been helped "Heather style"? I found this website a couple months ago and am desperately trying to finish reading the books. I am starting a new SFS and have cut out red meat since finding the website I feel better for the most part but am still struggling and having bad attacks, although not as often
