Re: Left Side....       04/11/05 02:11 PM Edit Reply Quote heather7476 Reged: 08/09/04 Posts: 2996 Loc: South East Michigan this was my umber one complaint with my IBS left side pain and even right side once in awhile. Here is what I learned to do. I take three Gas x before lunch and three gas x before dinner, and two before bed. I'd say within three days of doing this it went away and RARELY ever bothers me now! Of course if I forget to take my Gas x it comes back! I learned this trick form Michele and asked my doc and she said it was fine to take that much daily and was realy happy that it was helping!
