I've only been diagnosed for about 2 months. My triggers used to bother me only every great once in awhile. Now, they are bound to be triggers about 95% of the time if I eat them. Here goes:
Beef, no matter how lean (But venison (deer) doesn't bother me at all)
Cheese
Mandarin oranges
Milk
Ice Cream
Cheese
Fatty pork (bacon included)
Chicken w/ skin
Mandarin oranges
Tomato sauce
Kidney beans
Mayonaise
Insoluble Fiber
Green tea
Anxiety (usually because I'm anxious about having an attack)
Oh, yes, and Aunt Flo. This is also the only time any amount of chocolate bothers me. Not being able to eat chocolate on my period...grr...makes a Snorkie even grumpier!
Beef used to bother me only once in awhile. That started changing last fall. Milk or ice cream on an empty stomach has been bad news for about as long as I can remember. Same with orange juice or coffee on an empty stomach, but they used to be okay if I had something else in my stomach. Haven't had orange juice, coffee or a carbonated beverage since January, so I'm not positive they are triggers but I've not felt stable enough to experiment.
