I'd love to compare and even learn from your list.
I also ask because I am still convinced dairy and meat are NOT a trigger for me, or if they are it is mild. Anyone else not have those 2 as triggers?
Now keep in mind I've only had IBS for nearly 2yrs and only known what the heck it was for half that.
But my triggers seem to be: Adrenaline mostly from anexiety Coffee (I can kinda tolerate caffeine in tea and choclate) Carbonated drinks especially on empty tummy Anything spicy Too much fat...like fast food or Restraunt food Atrificial sweetners Eating too much/too fast/talking while eating Eating too little! Ugh And then the odd occurance of THINKING about IBS and/or thinking I'm getting an attack! Argh!
Thats my triggers I know of so far. I have ofcource mild triggers and then those tense or hormonal days when everything seems to be a trigger most of all my dang brain! (sorry for my lazy spelling, I type too fast)
