Re: I need vitamins....help!!       04/05/05 04:00 PM Edit Reply Quote daliatree Reged: 07/10/04 Posts: 1176 Loc: Manhattan, New York hello! congrats on breastfeeding - its probably the best gift you can ever give your baby if you are able to do it! :-) If you have not noticed a drastic improvement in your ibs symptoms having stopped the prenatals - go straight back onto them and take them after a good meal. Its very important for your long term health and your baby - even if it means a touch more nausea or D - I think its a worthy cause as long as they are not the DRASTIC factor in your suffering.
