Ruchie, I can't make all this any easier for you, sweetie. I'm sorry for that because it saddens me to see you in such despair.

What I can say is that you are never alone. I am also trying to do the IBS, DF, soy Free, GF, Low fat stinking diet. I don't know how I could add kosher on top of all that. The support I get from you, from Chrissy, Kandee, Mary, Stacey and all others trying to do GF, soy free, DF, IBS etc, give me the strength to go on with all this. I am tired too. I cry often and want to give up everyday, almost. But then someone on the board gives me a little pep talk, a kind word, a belief in me, and that pulls me through another day. WE WILL GET THROUGH THIS TOGETHER!!! We are each others strength and support. One for all, and all for one.

I am so ready to give up GF. But I can't. I think maybe you are feeling the stress of your trip and the stress of moving again. They say moving is one of the high stressors in your life. Maybe it is all just too much right now. So, please know that this will not all be so overwhelming in the future. You are stronger than you realize, I think.
