Hi everyone I know its been awhile since I have posted. I am just really busy here at work and don't have alot of time to read or post. Anyway I have now made it to 5 months with no attack. YEAH I am so happy. I know this diet works and so does the Zelnorm. I love Zelnorm. It has been a god send for me. I used to go every three or four days without a bowel movement and now I have them every day sometimes two or three times a day.
Now on to 6 months. I know I can do it. If any of you need any help please do not hesitate to ask. I will help any way I can.
