I even buy the turkey/chicken in the cans, like tunafish. That way its always on hand and if don't have to worry about it spoiling! I love turkey with non fat mayo in a pocket pita! Even just tunafish with non fat mayo and crakers, spoon a bit on tuna on each cracker, very filling! I make up turkey burgers and always cook extra's so all I have to do is nuke them when I don't feel like cooking! I also eat a lot of pasta salads! Make up a big bowl and eat it all week! Can you eat Soy? Fantanstik brand makes a soy taco mix that is great! Just add it to some water and simmer for like 3 minutes! Nuke a couple of fat free tortilla and you have instant tacos!! Thai Kitchen makes really good noodle bowls. Just add water and the enclosed season packet and nuke! You can add some cooked chicken to it for a more substantial meal! Do you have a toaster oven? You can make little mini pizza's on bagels or english muffins and cook them in the toaster. oven!
