Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | What did I do wrong? Sorry for the graphic details---

Hi everyone-
Need someones wisdom and knowledge today.
Saturday I wanted to start working some IF into my diet so I had 4 or 5 blueberries, 2 blackberries and 5 or 6 cubes of cantaloupe.
Yesterday I woke up ate breakfast- had my normal morning BM- then 10 minutes later back in had to go again- 5 minutes later went again, the pain was terrible though as I was going- as I was actually going it felt like razor blades in my intestines. Then when I got done I felt like I was going to throw up. The pain was terrible. I did force myself to eat throughout the day-
Now this morning I couldn't finish my oatmeal because I felt nausea again- so I went into the bathroom had a bm, got to work- got this flushing feeling, very warm then I went into the bathroom went again- I wouldn't say it is watery stool- it is formed but not my "normal" bluky stool.
I am still so sick to my stomach and right below my sternum(the thing in the middle of your chest that connects ribs), If I push there it makes me feel like I want to throw up more.
Could the fruits have done this to me.
I am not a D person- usually I am C with BM's every day- Just not enough I think.
Is this even considred diarrhea?
And does this sound normal to anyone.
