hey melissa!frist and foremost i want to thank you for walking threw this with me and being so supportive.ive been looking for another lady friend to talk to about my IBS but never could find one.how old are you?i think it says my age on my profile im 19..anywayz i know your not trying to push the pills off on me!!!your just trying to help,and i see your point on how they have helped you etc.i didnt know that a depressed person sees pain more intenese then a non depressed person wow!you learn something new everyday!!thanks for sharing,where did you hear that from?i love to cook and bake mostly but i either burn it,or it comes out relley dry.im so used to just buying the cake mixes or whatever and putting them in the oven ya know?i forced myslef to eat a bowl of rice with some rice milk and just a plain pieace of white bread and decided to face the pain that i would get..because i have an eating disorder,it has gotten alot better,i used to not eat anything but white rice..and told myslef that i couldnt eat anything else.ive lost 43 pounds since ive been sick with IBS.i used to use lacid but i relized it caused me problems and so did the soy milk so i switched to rice milk and that works perfect for me.is the vegie broth thats in the tuna ok to eat?
