Re: ??       04/01/05 12:01 PM Edit Reply Quote Kemi Reged: 03/15/05 Posts: 163 Loc: MO,USA i love oatmeal but it makes me bloated and for some reason i cant digest it probaly,i cant eat bananas or soy either.you are taking zoloft?they wanted to put me on that,to be honest im relley scared to take anti depressents and anti aniexty pills because they make you feel tired and like your in lala land i hate that feeling.its scary to me,i guess im letting my fears control my life so much.im not living right now and i havent been for months.i relley just want to give up im so sick of battling this..i would try saltines but right now my gas is so painful that i cant even sollow anything not even water.without my stomach getting bloated and getting serious gas.im glad you got your life back!!thats wonderful!!i hope i can come to that point someday soon.
