I definately know how depressing it can be- I was there. But since I started taking the antidepressants things have gotten better. Not a hundred percent but BETTER than they were before.
Try to keep something in your stomach okay. Getting better doesn't happen overnight- You need to keep working at it, every day.
Hang in there- I know you are hurting right now but try to relax and get something into your tummy.
How does the saying go- Nothing in, nothing out.
You have mentioned that you don't eat hardly anything in days so there probably isn't alot in you to come out. It may be spasms causing you to feel like youhave to go- I get them ALL the time. Especially after I eat. They make me feel like I have to expel gas or poop- but 9 times out of ten- I don't really have to go to the bathroom. It eventually passes.
