If you are IBS-D then may I reccomend Rice Milk. It's not as good as regular milk but it's something wet to pour over your cereal. I unfortunately am IBS-C so while I like rice milk I can not over indulge. Soy Dream is what I usualy use though I have used Soy Silk and also West Soy (I liked it but it made me very bloated.) Also if you like Ice Cream there are alot of Soy Ice Cream products out there that are amazing! Good luck with everything. Casper Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
