I thought I was making the wisest decision. Never heard about the acidic factor. I have a whole bag of granny smith in my fridge right now. It is a shame how much food I have had to "dump" because of this IBS!

I have a baked granny smith waiting for me for my snack today! Don't have any other food to substitute for it, so not sure what to do for today!

Does anyone have a recommendation for the best tolerable type of apple?

Thanks
