Guess I should ease up on my water bottle too then....

I don't have pigmentation from it but I get ugly red marks all over my lower belly and upper front thighs for days after I use one. I use water just finished boiling from the jug and while I have one of those fluffy covers I press it as hard as I can with a pillow into my belly (pressure seems to help me a bit, if it's mixed with heat). It's especially bad on my stretch marks from the girls. But I had no idea it could cause CANCER! That's really scary!
