Another D Moment       03/28/05 10:39 AM Edit Reply Quote RmTrisha Reged: 03/19/05 Posts: 2 My doctor took me out of work about a month ago due to anxiety and depression due to IBS. I finally saw a Psychiatrist last week and he put me on an antidepressant and gave me something to sleep. I also started back to work late last week on half-days. Today, I stopped at the grocery store and had an uncontrollable BM...no cramping, no warning, nothing. I started to panic and it got worse. Finally made it home and feel much less anxious. My BM rarely have cramping involved lately. Anyone no why? I don't go back to my GI doctor for 3 weeks, however I'm concerned with his diagnosis of IBS due to the frequency of diarrhea and no warning signs....I do bloat and cramp at other times.....I feel like I can't leave the house for fear of an 'accident'.
