Good post!       03/27/05 05:19 PM Edit Reply Quote Little Minnie Reged: 04/16/04 Posts: 4987 Loc: Minnesota A friend of mine was on antibiotics recently and started on yogurt *before* the antibiotics had a chance to do anything of that nature. wink wink. I had to give yogurt to a filly once that had D really bad to the point of needing an IV of ringer's solution (from an antibiotic reaction). The vet recommended yogurt to get her flora back to normal in her gut. Poor thing. She took it in a syringe tube. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
